Yesterday was Sunday, and we had 3 people come look at the house! Our street had a block party last night. We got to go explain to our neighbors why we are moving! There were some that suggested we didn't like them anymore.... NO! of course not! We love our neighborhood, and the people are terrific! Today we had to mow the lawn. We didn't get a chance after the rains last week, due to having to be away from the house while people were visiting. We still managed to have three people come and see our house this morning. We have two offers on the house as far as I know. And we had a small bidding war.... So my fears that no one would like my house are in vain! Yea!

I know it is a pain to have a house on the market. The stress of keeping it clean and all, but don't you love a clean house? Your house looks great online. And 2 offers already. It seems like you knew this change was coming as you have been working like crazy all summer on your house. It looks like your efforts are paying off.
