Tidal Basin Adventure

So Saturday we went on an adventure to see a couple of perfomances at the Tidal Basin Stage. This is located at the base of the Jefferson Memorial, next to the Tidal Basin of course. We saw a flamenca dancing groups, they had very beautiful dresses, and danced very nicely. Then we were able to see The Timpview High School Marching Band from Provo, Utah. My two nieces were performing in the band. one was playing the baratone and the other the trombone. They did an excellent job and played some really nice pieces. We also got to see them for a few minutes before and after. They are really terrific girls, and they are having a great adventure for themselves. We were all glad we could see them.
